P.S: Someone tell me if you can see the copied images or not? Because on my screen they are just little boxes... but technically it should work...

Can you not scale it down using pixel editor in paint?

I have 1 issue with this guide,

He is erratic with the crew skills. I don't get why he has not just got the whole crew to learn brothers in arms at the same time. makes no sense to me, whats the point of training it, especially when it wont work till the last crew member learns it.

that's my 2 bob anyway. nice guide

BiA is a skill, not a perk. Hence, its usefulness is scaled and is 'always' working. It's only obviously if you have it at 50% you only get half the benefits as you would at 100%.

I think he did that because he deemed some other skills would be more important than BiA on those crews....

BiA doesn't work unless all crew members have it on 100%, then it's active on all members. It has no effect whatsoever up until that timepoint. It is advised to either reset into it, or go for it all at once as first skill, also check ahead if higher tier tanks require more/less crew members to compensate accordingly.

Ding, be careful about your statements, check them up first.

"This perk increases the training level of each crew member's Role/Major Qualification by 5%. It also improves the Repair, Firefighting, and Camouflage skills by 5%. As of 8.2 it also improves commander's Mentor skill. It does not affect other role-specific skills, nor any perks (in-game description is incorrect). There is no benefit whatsoever unless all of the crew have this trained to 100%. The perk stays in effect if a crew member is knocked out during battle. The perk is cumulative with Improved Ventilation and skill boosting consumables."

Also

"Brothers in Arms

This perk improves major qualifications and all skills for the entire crew. The perk comes into effect after it reaches 100% for the entire crew. The perk is more effective when combined with Improved Ventilation, Extra Combat Rations, Chocolate, Case of Cola, and Strong Coffee.

Recommended for: Vehicles with 3 or less crewmen & crewmen with 3+ skills" - *This is bullshit btw.
